2 months & 13 days left...
I wish the day I quit is now... I really feel hard to breathe!
My burden is getting heavy. Well, I'm not a superwoman, why they like to throw things to let me settle all?
When I started my work at there, the shop has 4 salesman. One week later, one of them quited. One month later, one more quited. 4 months later, one more resigned. Now, my shop only left one salesman.
Last time, anyone of them take off on which day, I can't take off.
Now, everytime has anyone of them take off, I've to do full day, that's mean 10-11 hours a day.
I knew they want me to do so since they knew I'm a person who very quite even bully by others.
Sometimes, the jobs, they can do it themselves, but they THINK I'm too free. Hence, throw everythings to let me settle. I got my own jobs to do too even sometimes I've many things need to do on my hands, they still THINK I'm free.
Alright, I got scold yesterday. I just turned on my computer & gonna prepare to do the opening shop matters, the phone was ringing, I felt annoying indeed especially I saw it was called from a branch & I knew what they wanted. I has been first time seem people requested my helping hands like him! Fine, I thought to help too, but since he scolded me, I didn't want to help anymore.
2nd times was I called to HQ for asking some details about a case. She straight scolded me, "I asked you guys to order the goods, you didn't want, now ask me still have goods or not!" Shit you!!!!!!!!!!!! Order or not to order is not me, this small small clerk can say one or I can do order one, okay?
My mind was blank while they scolding me, keeping quite like that. I felt want to cry indeed. Am I speak too nice too soft to them??
It's bad to feel like I always get bullying at there!!!!!!!
Who can teach me to be strong enough to protect myself not to get bully from other?
I want to resign NOW! This is what my heart wants!!!!!!!!
But, my rational wants me to be responsible...........
Since I said I want to quit at end of June.
Well, no matter how, no matter they have new clerk or not, I'll definately want quit that time!!!!!!!!!!
